How long have you been a runner? Ran in HS but took a long hiatus and have been back running for 4 yrs, 2 dedicated to the dirt.

Happiest running moment: Training with Danielle for our first marathon. We’d always do our long Sunday runs together, happy memories.

Proudest running accomplishment: Recently finishing my first 50 mile, the San Juan Solstice, and not dying afterwards.

Favorite local running route: Nighthawk trail to Nelson loop, Hall Ranch, Lyons.

Favorite distance: Used to be half marathon, but I think I prefer the marathon now, maybe.

Favorite race: SJS50 was pretty amazing, but I love the Quad Rock course too. There’s also a great, very challenging/hilly 10K at Eldorado that is great fun.

If you could lace up your shoes and go for a run anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? New Zealand or the Lake District in England

Goals: Run more 50s, improve at the ultra distance (not just survive) while also getting faster in shorter races. See more of CO, UT, WY etc on my feet!

When I’m not running I’m… climbing, swimming/playing with my 3 pups, biking, or any other fun outdoor adventure.

Uphills or Downhills? Love them and hate them equally. When I’m fresh their both great, but at the end of a race/long run, s&$ts pretty tough 😉

Favorite post-run beer: A COLD one, nothing too dark.

Sponsored by: Not sponsored but run for team Pearl Izumi

I am a Rocky Mountain Runner because… I like to sleep in my car and run for a bunch of hours in the mountains then wash off in a stream and drink beer and eat A LOT of tasty food!
